At first glance, Poppy Playtime is a collection of cute, typical children’s characters. In their original forms, they all look like the kinds of mascots you’d expect from something made for little kids.
However, these characters have a dark side, and you will discover that if you play the Poppy Playtime video game. The game has plenty of scares, and can be quite a disturbing experience.
This collection of free Poppy Playtime coloring pages for kids shows off some of these seemingly innocent characters. You will be able to color them to match their game counterparts.
It could also be fun to make your own variations of the characters to enjoy, and by the end you will be able to show off your fandom for the series in colorful style!

The first Poppy Playtime coloring sheet that we have for you shows the two characters Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy. You would never guess from their designs and names how sinister they can be!
This page shows them in their normal, non-horrific forms for now, and you will want to get out your blue and pink coloring tools for this page.
That’s because Huggy Wuggy has a blue color scheme, whereas Kissy Missy has a pink one. Will you use these colors or choose some unique ones?
We once again see the more innocent side of Huggy Wuggy on this next page. He is performing a fun dance, and the cartoon style certainly doesn’t suggest the horrors he will one day be capable of.
Remember that he has a blue color scheme with bright red for his lips and lighter browns for his hands and feet.
The background has been separated into various sections, and that allows you to incorporate some amazing colors.
It can be great to alternate between one or two, or you could use a new color for each section. Either way would be great!
This next page would make a great poster for any Huggy Wuggy fans out there once it’s done. Not only does it have a great portrayal of the character but also has his name written out.
When you have text like this on a page, you can also do some interesting things with the letters. I often use colored felt pens for letters.
These pens have thin tips perfect for coloring smaller spaces. They also have stunning bright colors that make the letters pop off the page.
Do you have favorite tools to use for text on a page?
As mentioned, when these toys are in a normal state they can seem cute and harmless. This next page shows one that is showing its more menacing side, however!
This little robot is on a rampage, and you wouldn’t want to get in the way of those sharp teeth. You may recognize this character from the games.
If you do, then you could make the background look like the scene that you experienced when you encountered him there. Or, you may want to make a totally unique setting for this scary robot.
What kind of background would you like to make?
Cat-Bee is the focus of this next Poppy Playtime coloring printable. As their name suggests, they are half cat, half bee.
They have similar coloring to a bee, so you can use some duller yellow for the fur and some light brown for the stripes. That is what you can use if you want to make the colors match the character.
Otherwise, you could go for a totally different interpretation instead. It’s up to you, and you should choose what will make the page most appealing to you as an individual!
This adorable little tyke is known as Baby Long Legs. They are a toy produced by the Poppy Playtime brand, and here they look rather cute indeed!
Their color scheme is yellow for most of the body, with blue for the hands, feet and curl on top of its head. As a minor character, you may not have the best recollection of this character’s look.
You can always search references online if you need a reminder of the colors, and that’s the best way to make them screen accurate to the game.
The daisy themed character that you see on this page is named Daisy, which seems like an accurate name.
This is another character that gives off a fun and innocent vibe that doesn’t suggest the horror themes of the game.
Using some bright and happy colors for this page would further create a more fun and innocent feeling for the page.
They seem to be in an outdoor location as well, and so you can use some nice outdoors colors for that section.
Perhaps some watercolor paint would be a good fit for this breezy page.
We saw Baby Long Legs earlier, and this time we see Daddy Long Legs instead. This gangly fellow has a mostly blue color scheme, but he has yellow elements on his gloves, shoes and bowtie.
The background is separated into wavy sections, and you could fill these sections with alternating color. Even though the lines break it up, you can also add some background details.
This could be a background setting, or you could add some props or additional characters. It’s up to you, so don’t be shy about using your imagination on this page!
PJ Pug-a-Pillar is a truly odd looking character, and this is also a page that shows off subtle aspects of the more sinister sides of these characters.
Anyone that knows of this character will know they have a blue and purple color scheme. The shades are quite bright and vibrant, so you could use art mediums that will highlight this.
I would probably go for some acrylic paint for this page if I were to color it in. What mediums and colors do you think would be best here?
This Poppy Playtime coloring page shows off the final member of the Long Legs family. It’s Mommy Long Legs this time, and she has a beautiful pink color scheme.
For this character, my first thought was to use some colored markers or felt pens to make the colors bright and vibrant. You may prefer to go for darker shades and mediums, though.
It’s up to you whether you want to show off her bright and cheery side or showcase some of what she will become when things become a bit more sinister.
Bunzo Bunny is a character with a warmer color scheme. This character has yellow and orange as their main colors, and they carry around a pair of cymbals.
When coloring metal objects like the cymbals, I like to use metallic pens. These pens have a metallic texture to them and can be bought at many art and craft stores.
The colors will even be shiny, and you can get them in gold and silver shades. Of course, other mediums would also work, so be sure to use what you have available!
For people who are scared of dolls, the character of Poppy Playtime (who gives the series its name) may be a scary one to behold. However, she is not an evil character and will even aid the player.
She is a visually striking character, and she stands out with her rich dark red hair. You can contrast this hair with the light blue of her dress.
The white porcelain of her face also creates a contrast that you can replicate on this page. She will look amazing when she’s done!
Huggy Wuggy sure likes to hug, and that is shown in his name. This page shows him with his long, windy arms extended for a hug.
He doesn’t look too sinister here, but we all know that he won’t be such an innocent character forever!
When coloring this page, you can add some details that will suggest what he will become later.
This could be a subtle few lines on his face to change his expression or even some objects and background details. How else could you foreshadow the transformation?
The character designs of Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy are so similar that when seen in black and white, they are essentially indistinguishable.
This means that you could turn this page into a depiction of either of the characters. Remember that Huggy Wuggy has a primarily blue color scheme, whereas Kissy Missy has more pink.
You can print these pages as many times as you like as well. This means that you could even do one of each if you wanted to.
Do you think that you will create a depiction of Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy or both?
Boogie Bot is the final character of these Poppy Playtime coloring pages. This character is a small robot with a green and black color scheme.
These colors are quite dark, so make sure that you use the right shades if you want him to look screen accurate. His eyes are bright yellow, so a colored yellow marker would be perfect for that.
If you want to make your own variation, then don’t be shy about going for something unique as well. It could be quite fun to make your very own unique version of Boogie Bot for this collection!
