How to Draw A Bouquet Of Flowers – Let’s get Started!
To get this guide on how to draw a bouquet of flowers started, we will begin with the first flowers of the bouquet.
To draw these, you will be using lots of small, oval shapes bunched together and linking in the center. The reference image will guide you in how to position these petals.
Step 2 – Next, draw another flower
This second part of your bouquet of flowers drawing will see you adding a third flower for this bouquet.
This one will be directly facing the viewer, so it will be rounder and flatter than the previous ones, which were at more of an angle.
The center of this flower will be a small circle and be surrounded by many oval petals like the ones that you drew in the previous step.
Step 3 – Now, draw some more small flowers
We will be adding three more small flowers in this step of our guide on how to draw a bouquet of flowers.
These flowers will go between the larger ones, and because they’re smaller their petals will be larger than the previous much larger flowers.
Little flowers like these will help to build up the bouquet nicely!
Step 4 – Next, draw even more flowers
This bouquet of flowers drawing is looking great already! We will be building on to it even more in the next few steps.
This fourth step will be very similar to the previous one, as you will be adding three more small flowers amongst the larger ones.
Step 5 – Now, add the final flowers
We have one more step in this guide on how to draw a bouquet of flowers where we will be adding flowers.
To do this, simply repeat what you’ve been doing in the previous steps and add three more small flowers to the arrangement.
Before you move on to the next steps, you could also add more flowers or other elements if you want an even fuller bouquet!
Step 6 – Next, draw some leaves for the bouquet
Now that you have all the flowers for your bouquet of flowers drawing, we can start adding some more elements. For now, we will be adding some long and pointy leaves to the bouquet.
You can draw these behind the flowers with some curved lines that culminate in a sharp point.
You can then add some rounded lines between the flowers and then finish off with some straight lines below the flowers for the top of the bouquet wrapper.
Step 7 – Next, draw the wrapper for the bouquet
This step of our guide on how to draw a bouquet of flowers will be focused on drawing more of the wrapper for the bouquet.
You will be using some curved and straight lines for the wrapper peeling off from the flowers, as shown in the reference image.
Then, you can finish off with a small bow tied near the base of the wrapper.
Step 8 – Next, draw the last details for the wrapper
It’s almost time to add some amazing colors to your bouquet of flowers drawing, but first we have a few final details to add.
You can use some curved lines underneath the bow to show the wrapper curled and bunched up below it. Once you have it looking as it does in our reference image you’re ready for the final step!
Before you move on, you should feel free to add any details of your own that you may want for it!
Whether you add more flowers, a background or other decoration elements you have a lot of room to be creative with it.
