First, draw some round shapes for the eye outlines, and then add some more circles inside of them for the pupils. There will also be some more jagged lines surrounding the eye areas for some furry detail.

We will give the dog a big floppy tongue hanging from the mouth using some rounded lines, and you will then finish up by drawing the floppy ears hanging down the sides of the head.
