Step 1
We will begin this guide on how to draw a cartoon cookie with the outline of the cookie itself! It may be tempting to go for a perfect circle for this outline, but we will instead go for a rougher outline.
This will end up giving the cookie outline a more realistic, textured feeling.
As shown in the reference image, this outline will be rather bumpy to give it that texture we mentioned. Once the round outline is complete, it’s on to step 2!
Step 2 – Draw some chips
There is intense debate about which flavor of cookie is the best, and everyone has their own ideas.
Some like raisins, while others like chocolate chips, but we will go for the second option in this cartoon cookie drawing!
We will draw these chips using some small shapes that have some angular edges. Try to leave the center portion of the cookie clear, though, as we will add a fun face there soon!
Step 3 – Add some arms for the cookie
Before we add that face we mentioned in the previous step, we will first add some arms. These will have some curved lines that come off of the sides of the cookie to form the thin arms themselves.
Then, we will give this cookie a classic cartoon look as we add some gloves onto it.
Each one will have a rounded rim where the hands enter, and then we will use some curved lines to depict the fingers.
That’s all there is to it for this step, and then we are ready for step 4 of the guide.
Step 4 – Now draw some legs and feet
Now it’s time to add some legs and feet to this cartoon cookie drawing! For the legs, they will look very similar to the arms.
That means that we will extend some curved lines down from the base of the cookie’s body.

For the mouth, we will then use a curved line for the smiling mouth, and then use some more rounded lines for the open mouth and tongue beneath that.

Step 6 – Now, add in some texture details
It’s almost time for the final step of the guide, but first we have some final touches to add! We will be adding some simple yet effective texture details to the body of this cookie now.
To do this, simply add some dots and small, rounded shapes onto the surface of the cookie to give it a grainier texture.
Then, it’s up to you to finish off this image! This is where you can really have some fun getting creative with it, and it is where you get to take over and add your own creativity.
Some ideas would be to draw a background, and if you did that then maybe you could add some more living foods and beverages!

We used light browns for the cookie itself, and then used dark brown for the chips and other aspects.
When coloring your own one, you could also add colorful touches such as colorful sprinkles onto the cookie!
For a bit of depth, you could also use thick globs of paint on the ships to make them extend off the page a bit.
