Instructions for this Koala Newspaper Craft
1. Download and print out the koala craft template to make this step easier.
Begin by cutting out the pieces you’ll need for your newspaper koala. From your newspaper you’ll need a larger circle for the koala face, two circles for the ears and a half circle for the body. You’ll also need to cut out a koala nose out of your black cardstock.

2. To give your koala some extra texture, use a gray oil pastel (or a gray crayon) to color in some of the space on your newspaper koala pieces. You can use your fingers or a cotton ball to smear the gray out a bit after coloring your koala.
3. Glue your koala body onto the bottom of your colored cardstock. Then glue on your koala face and ears. Finally, glue your black cardstock nose and wiggly eyes onto your newspaper koala craft.
