Can you believe it’s been two months since we made our last cupcake liner craft?! With Halloween just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to pull them out and make some cute Halloween Crafts. We’ve shared some cute little ghosts before and today I’m sharing how to use black cupcake liners to make this simple and fun Cupcake Liner Bats Halloween Craft.

HOW TO MAKE A CUPCAKE LINER BATS HALLOWEEN CRAFT
Supplies you will need:
  • gray 12-inch x 12-inch cardstock paper
  • coffee filter
  • black mini cupcake liners
  • yellow paint
  • paint brush
  • googly eyes
  • white chalk marker
  • scissors
  • glue

Directions:

1. Start by painting your coffee filter with your yellow paint. When it has dried completely glue it onto your gray cardstock paper as a moon.
2. To make a bat, flatten one of your black cupcake liners and glue it onto your paper. Then cut another cupcake liner in half. Cut a small triangle off of each half for the ears. Glue the two cupcake liner halves onto the bat as wings and then glue the triangle pieces on the bat for ears.
3. Glue googly eyes onto your bat and draw a mouth and teeth onto your bat with your white chalk marker.
We put two bats on our paper and it created a super spooky scene, perfect for Halloween. Another fun alternative for this craft is to use the coffee filter as a suncatcher. Glue the bat onto it and tape it up on a window and let the sunshine come through it.
