HOW TO MAKE A PUFFY PAINT APPLE CRAFT FOR KIDS

Supplies you will need:

  • red, green and brown craft foam sheet
  • shaving cream
  • school glue
  • red food coloring
  • glue
  • paint brush
  • googly eyes (optional)
Directions:
1. Start by cutting an apple shape out of your red craft foam sheet
2. Make your puffy paint. Measure equal portions of shaving cream and school glue in a bowl. Add 10-15 drops of food coloring (or more until it reaches your desired color) and mix the ingredients together.

2. Use your paint brush to paint your apple with the puffy paint. Set it aside to dry completely. It may take up to 24 hours, dependent on how thick you add the paint.

3. When your puffy paint is dry, cut a stem and leaf out of your brown and green foam sheet and glue them onto the apple.

4. You can leave the apple craft as is or if you are crazy about googly eyes like me, you can add glue on a couple to give your apple a cute personality.
